Da oltre 40 anni, alla Fondimetal ci occupiamo della produzione di elementi attraverso fusioni in alluminio, bronzo e ottone per conto terzi. Realizziamo infatti manufatti e componentistica che diventerà poi parte di un altro processo produttivo. L’attività di fusione in colata che realizziamo nella nostra fonderia viene effettuata in conchiglia a gravità usando conchigliatrici automatiche che consentono di ottenere getti da pochi grammi a svariati chili; si utilizzano inoltre conchiglie (stampi) in acciaio che garantiscono una lunga durata delle stesse, viene utilizzato un forno fusore elettrico con capacità da 650 Kg che consente elevati ritmi produttivi, mantenendo un’elevata qualità della materia prima impiegata.

The casting activity that we make in our foundry is carried out in gravity shell using automatic shellers that allow you to obtain jets from a few grams to several kilos; In addition, steel shells (prints) are used to ensure a long lifespan, an electric melting furnace with 650 kg capacity is used, allowing high production rhythms, maintaining a high quality of the raw material used.

At Fondimetal we have structured the smelter's activities in order to be able to offer you a truly complete service. Through the skills of our staff and the continuous updating of our machines, we will then be able to commit ourselves to meet your every need. In fact, we are able to take care of every process phase and every step of the casting work: mold design, casting process simulation, fatigue resistance analysis (FEM), rapid prototyping, thermal treatments, Co-Design.
The castings made by our foundry located in Udine will be delivered to you complete with all the required processing: machine tool processing (CNC), sanding - brushing, mass-metal finishing, brightening, polishing. If deemed necessary, any external processing is performed by the most qualified partners on the market.
