Da oltre 40 anni, alla Fondimetal ci occupiamo della produzione di elementi attraverso fusioni in alluminio, bronzo e ottone per conto terzi. Realizziamo infatti manufatti e componentistica che diventerà poi parte di un altro processo produttivo. L’attività di fusione in colata che realizziamo nella nostra fonderia viene effettuata in conchiglia a gravità usando conchigliatrici automatiche che consentono di ottenere getti da pochi grammi a svariati chili; si utilizzano inoltre conchiglie (stampi) in acciaio che garantiscono una lunga durata delle stesse, viene utilizzato un forno fusore elettrico con capacità da 650 Kg che consente elevati ritmi produttivi, mantenendo un’elevata qualità della materia prima impiegata.

Fondimetal is a foundry located in Udine, today a reference point for smelting operations in the Friuli area. Our processes are highly appreciated by our customers, who then use them in their production processes. Therefore, if you and your company also need specific processes, do not hesitate to contact us. For over 40 years, at Fondimetal we have been dealing with the production of elements through aluminium, bronze and brass castings for third parties. In fact, we manufacture products and components that will later become part of anothr production process. The casting activity that we make in our foundry is carried out in gravity shell using automatic shellers that allow you to obtain jets from a few grams to several kilos; In addition, steel shells (prints) are used to ensure a long lifespan, an electric melting furnace with 650 kg capacity is used, allowing high production rhythms, maintaining a high quality of the raw material used.

Alla Fondimetal abbiamo strutturato le attività della fonderia per potervi offrire un servizio davvero completo. Attraverso le skill del nostro personale e il continuo aggiornamento delle nostre macchine, sapremo poi impegnarci per soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza. Infatti, siamo in grado di occuparci di ogni fase e ogni passaggio del lavoro di fusione: progettazione stampi, simulazione processo di colata, analisi resistenza a fatica (FEM), prototipazione rapida, trattamenti termici, Co-Design.

Le fusioni realizzate dalla nostra fonderia sita ad Udine vi saranno consegnate complete di tutte le lavorazioni richieste: lavorazioni a macchina utensile (CNC), levigatura - spazzolatura, vibrofinitura, brillantatura, lucidatura. Qualora si ritenesse necessario, eventuali lavorazioni esterne vengono eseguite dai partner più qualificati presenti sul mercato.

At Fondimetal we have structured the smelter's activities in order to be able to offer you a truly complete service. Through the skills of our staff and the continuous updating of our machines, we will then be able to commit ourselves to meet your every need. In fact, we are able to take care of every process phase and every step of the casting work: mold design, casting process simulation, fatigue resistance analysis (FEM), rapid prototyping, thermal treatments, Co-Design.

The castings made by our foundry located in Udine will be delivered to you complete with all the required processing: machine tool processing (CNC), sanding - brushing, mass-metal finishing, brightening, polishing. If deemed necessary, any external processing is performed by the most qualified partners on the market.
